Gladstone Primary Care

Gladstone Primary Care first opened it's doors in July 2023. This is a privately owned practice of both Dr. Lindsay Smith and Juliana Clark, CRNP.   This practice grew from the foundation that was built by Dr. Smith and Juliana at the Hartselle Family Practice clinic,  which was started in 2011.  Dr. Smith and Juliana, continuing their collaborative medical practice, started Gladstone Primary Care with the intention and desire to continue to provide comprehensive medical care to the Hartselle Community.

The name "Gladstone" is a historical reference to the iconic medical bag carried by general practitioners in the 18th and 19th centuries when traveling to their patient's homes, providing essential medical care. Gladstone Primary Cary hopes to mirror the essence of the devoted care embodied in this nostalgic historical time in medicine through the delivery of care in this new modern era of medicine.
